Our hardware SLA offering can be customised to your unique business requirements whether it is a response based SLA or Spare Parts As A Service (SPAAS). We ensure that you are covered for any faults or repairs during the contract period. Our inventory, knowledge and expertise will help you reduce support contract costs from vendors or even forced upgrades where there simply is no budget or requirement for much higher priced current generation hardware.
